Say it in Scrap

So the next challenge is up at Say It In Scrap. I've had a fun time Guest DTing over there for Kristi. This Layout is about my Lil' Brother. As you can see he's not so little anymore!!

It makes me so sad to see him struggle with who he is. I know we all go through our own little issues however I think his was added. He's a big dude...at 6'5" wearing a size 16 shoe. Now it's not so bad because we all know chiks dig tall guys! lol But growing up he was so big at least a head and shoulders above the tallest kids in every class. You know how kids are, they tease anyone who is different. Well I say fuck normal, just be who you are!!

ScrapDragons Fool Challenge

My take on the newest Scrap Dragons challenge. It was to use the word 'fool' in a layout. You'll see on the Mood Alert sheet today I feel like: "Fooling around" Also, we had to use something unexpected. I used a Pop top and some mini card from a teeny tiny deck of old maid cards Kristi sent me. Lastly, we could not use more than 2 items from the same manuacturer. I used DCWV Cardstock, Hambly Woodgrain, The Mood Sheet, Polka Dot Felt from The Red Bee, Sticker from KI Pop Colture, buttons from Tres Jolie, maya road chipboard, 7 Gypsies photo anchor, Paper Clip from K & Co, Felt Thickers, Embroidery floss, Liquid Pearls from Ranger, a homemade Transparency with Sharpies, Crackle Paint from Ranger, and last but not least...Staples.

Sneak Peek!!!

So the new Challenge is going up over at Say it in Scrap! Friday April 4th. I'm just too excited to show off my fabulous creation so I asked Kristi if I could show a sneak peek. YAY!!!!

I didn't get a chance to Scrap last night, but I'm itching to..there are some super cute new lifts up over at We Scrap better that I want to do tonight! Let's all cross your fingers for me to have time would ya?!

My want for the day is This (even though I haven't used the ones I already have..lol

I plan to use This on tonights layout.

I'm not foolin'!

Nope, I'm not!! Yesterday was HAPPY MAIL DAY at my house!!

We were rushing because Wil informed me that he has practice at 4PM (yet somehow everyone else showed up at 5..hmmm) As I turned into the driveway I saw it...2 packages waiting for me at my front door. There they were sitting there so sweetly..lol I got a quick peek while Wil was getting dressed and when I got home I laid it all out to stare at it and cherish it. What is it about new scrap stuff that just makes you want to caress it? hehehe

First up is the prize pak from Method Playground How much do I LOVE the new Teresa collins lines!!


Next is the order I placed last week with Everything Scrappn I can't wait to dig into all these goodies and get to scrapping!!
